Carve out a little me time this pregnancy…
Join Darla Sparrow of Mandala Birth & Breanna Fast for a 4 week mini series created to Celebrate Pregnancy.
Pregnancy is a busy time and we’re often swept away by our ‘to-do’ lists. Setting aside time for yourself and creating a mindfulness mentality will help you prepare for both labour and motherhood.
These classes were designed to make time for connection between you and baby. Combining yoga and circle activities you’ll be guided through more emotionally, spiritually and artistically lead activities meant to engage your soul during pregnancy and softly prepare you for birth.
This Class Is For You If:
- You love prenatal yoga
- You have a good understanding of labour and birth
- You’re looking for deeper more emotionally + spiritually engaged birth preparation
- You want to Celebrate yourself and this pregnancy!
“I wanted to share that I have really loved the Celebrate Pregnancy classes; it has been a really positive experience, and after every class I take away something new I have learned and more confidence and courage for my upcoming birth! Thank you for offering such a fantastic experience in a safe and supportive environment”. -Nadine, 1st time mom, Cranbrook, BC
Pregnancy is a Sacred Time
Darla and Breanna want to honour you and your pregnancy. They have combined their passion for prenatal education and prenatal yoga to bring you these special classes. We’ll be spending an hour each session in gentle prenatal yoga and then participating in artistically lead birth preparation activities. To be clear; this is not a childbirth education class, we will not be learning the stages of labour, interventions or pain coping skills!
Classes Will Include:
- Birth Art Activities
- Mom & Baby Meditation
- Labour Visualizations
- Affirmation Flags to take Home
- and much more!
The cost of the 4 week course is $150, with a $75 deposit required at time of registration to reserve your seat. The remainder is due before or on the first day of class.
